God's curse on mankind. I've gotten them in my sleep so often I know to stretch it half asleep; I don't even fully wake up for it. One time I got them in both legs in one night.

The one time I had a really bad leg cramp when I didn't have a bedframe for a new bed I got so I couldn't put pressure on it is a top 3 most painful thing thats ever happened to me. I am not a very loud person at all but if you ever want to hear me scream the fuck word as loud as I can just induce a leg cramp in me
