Del the Funky Homosapien

essential HIEROGLYPHICS component, shows up on early GORILLAZ albums, but also has some really solid standalone work. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT is a strong and moody album with some great production. I would be remiss if I didn't mention his science-fiction rap-opera project DELTRON 3030. The self-titled is a foundational text in hip-hop history imo, especially notable for how it paces and flavors skits. EVENT 2 is mid, though, don't disappoint yourself.
