4/5, 5/5 with TVP and broccoli. The secret sauce with rice and beans that everyone forgets is some kind of fat. We're talkin butter, oil, lard, it doesn't matter just throw a tablespoon of fat in there. It brings the flavor outta the spices and improves the texture like you wouldn't believe. And the TVP tastes like whatever you rehydrate it with and adds protein
