genuinely recommend reading about phalloplasty and even looking at images on r/phalloplasty particularly when people are recovered and healed from surgery because it's really really cool. especially with medical tattooing you can get really damn close to the natal thing. like wow i can't believe science can do that. it's sick and it'll def only get better in the future
