Caffè americano

I always thought water was a pretty bad idea for a coffee mixer, but this is my girlfriend’s go-to and I’ve started drinking them occasionally to see if I’m making them competently. Turns out they’re awesome. Kind of tastes like a really really good drip coffee. Definitely worth doing the thing where you add the water first and then drop the espresso over that. 2 or 3:1 ratio seems about right.
